Half an english cucumber diced

1 tbsp of low fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp of plain low fat yogourt

Mix everything together in a bowl and add a little more mayo or yogourt if not enough......but please don"t exagerate you don"t want your brocco and your cucumbers to become "moooshiiii" and the salad fattening. KUNG POOOOOOOOOOW TOFU!!

We just had this nice meal for lunch today. Found something similar on a new "App" for our Ipod Touch....

3/4 package of firm tofu
1/2 cup of water
1/3 of soy sauce
2 tbps of rice vinegar
1 tbps of honey
2 teaspoons of pepper flakes ( more or less depending on how spicy you want it )
2 garlic cloves chopped
half onion chopped
1 tbsp of cornstarch
2 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds
2 carotts
2 celery branches
2 big mushrooms diced

Cut tofu into bite size and make it fry in the pan with a little bit of vegetable oil until golden. Add the chopped garlic and onion to it. In a bowl mix together the water, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, rice vinegar, pepper flakes and reserve it. Add the sauce and bring to a small boil until it thickened up. Chop all your vegetables approximately the same size of your tofu and add them to the pan. Do not cook for too long cuz you want the celery to be crunnnnnchyyy!!!! At the very end, add the sesame seeds. Put on jasmine rice and enjoy! We love spicy food so we had the Sriracha sauce on the table and add it to our plates.... And by the way, for the "Non Tofu Eater" , you can change the tofu for chicken or even beef. Follow the same steps but cook the meat longer! Bon appétit!

Healthy Breakfast with lots of taste

Hi there! Last week we ran out of eggs...and remembered about our 2 vegan friends Jacy and Damien....Those 2 stopped eating eggs and started eating scrumble tofu for breakfast....so instead of going out to get eggs we used our tofu and made a hell of a good meal! Actually since that day we haven"t bought any eggs. Easy, healthy and delicious. Try it...you won"t be disappointed I promise.

For 2 servings you will need:

1/4 of a tofu package(we use Unisoya vegetables)
1/4 of a red pepper or yellow...any color you like actually
1 small onion or half of a regular one
salt and pepper
2 tbsp of regular Frank"s red hot hot sauce.

You can put any vegetables you like in this dish... we tried once with all those above plus spinachs and mushrooms. It was delicious. I want to try an be a vegan and Eric wants to help but does not want to stop the cheese....will keep you posted on this adventure!

leave comments after trying guys! xxxx
